Italy – Africa ministers' conference
On October 25, 2018 at 10.00, the Italy-Africa ministers’ conference will be held in Rome at the premises of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, gathering over 40 delegations of African countries, the highest representatives of the African Union and the main International organizations connected to the UNO and the national systems.
President of the Italian Republic Sergio Mattarella will open the event, followed by the opening ceremony chaired by the Italian Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Enzo Moavero Milanesi and Vice-President of the European Union Commission Kwesi Quartey.
During the plenary session, chaired by Italian Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Emanuela Del Re, and the following thematic panels, the members of the African Governments and the representatives of major stakeholders of world economy, entrepreneurship, academia and the third sector.
The event will be closed by Italian Prime Minister Professor Giuseppe Conte.
